Qualifications:

• Male

• Work experience in a PBM company (Stevedoring/Loading & Unloading Company) is preferred

• Experience as a Foreman / Operations Supervisor is an advantage

• Understanding of ship operations, loading/unloading, and port activities

• Able to calculate and monitor ship fuel usage

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Possess an active Seaman Book and Certificates

• Willing to work in the field and be stationed in Morowali

• Ready to start immediately

Benefits:

• Salary IDR 4,500,000 – 6,500,000 per month (depending on experience and capability)

📍 Placement : Toli-Toli, Central Sulawesi, Indonesia

Qualifications :

• Male

• Maximum age 35 years

• Minimum education : High School / Vocational School / Diploma (SMA / SMK / D3)

• Experience in mining operations or sand quarry operations is preferred

• Understands sand production activities, including loading, hauling, and stockpile management

• Able to supervise operational activities in the field

• Able to prepare daily operational reports

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Willing to work in the field and be placed in Toli-Toli

• Ready to join as soon as possible

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Supervise sand mining operational activities

• Supervise the loading of materials into trucks or vessels

• Monitor daily mining production

• Coordinate with heavy equipment operators and field teams

• Prepare daily operational mining reports
